it is possible you have a bad disc/scratched disc or you have a bad laser to read the disc. are you able to play other games on it and is the disc scratched? every disc has a boot up menu it has to go through and if the disc is scratched in the area of the boot mapping then it wont load. thus giving you an error.
get any disc in the wii and inmeadeately click on the disc or disc channel in the upper left it might say that it neads to load the data or as sayd how the game works.
When you accidently moved your Xbox while the game was running, it probably put a scratch on your FIFA 09 disc.
You can try to fix it by using a cd /dvd scratch repair kit. You can find them at just about any store that sells cd or dvds.
I had a disc that wouldn't play and used one of the repair kits on it because I had nothing to lose. As I was applying the solution to the disc, I thought.... this is a complete waste of time.
When I wiped the solution off and put the disc in my Xbox, I had no expectations that the game would work. Well... I was wrong, the disc actually worked.
There's no guarantee the repair kit will work in your particular case but, you're in the same boat I was in... You've got nothing to lose by trying.

Ok then you basically answered your own question. The problem is with your game Fifa 09. You should try to exchange it with another copy which you should be able to do without much of a problem. Just explain to them the situation they have to replace it. Take it back.
