There should be a nut on the other side of the housing of the tightening lever that you can tighten. Turn the lever to unlock the leg then start with 1/8 th turns of the nut to tighten, then turn the lever to lock the leg. Do this until you get the desired locking.

SOURCE: I have a Manfrotto 058 tripod. One leg wont hold

If you notice, the legs locks are attached to bothe the upper part of the leg and the sloghtly smaller diameter lower. Take a socket (8mm I believe) and tighten the lower 2 nuts to the bottom of the leg lock.

Other than the leg locks themselves, sometimes Manfrotto expands the last portion of the leg tube that slides into the leg tube above it. If you need some spare parts you can find them here.

A couple of the lever locks on my Manfrotto 055XB tripod are no longer sufficiently locking the legs so they slip. How do I tighten them?

Use an 8mm, I believe, socket and tighten 1/4 turn the nuts on the lower half of the leg lock. For instance, the top leg lock is connected to the top and middle leg. Tighten the lower 2 nuts (located on the middle leg half of the lock) 1/5 turn. If that does not do it, tighten 1/4 turn again. Be sure not to over-tighten.

Broken leg clip on Manfrotto Modo 785B tripod the head is non-removable on this model and I don't want to have to replace whole tripod so is there somewhere I can buy a new leg clip or get it...

Yes you can. But I saw that your Manfrotto is possible to buy for 50 Euro.
Anyway the part you need is the full leg called CODE:
R785,203B
you can see the datasheet on the spare part site of Manfrotto:

Missing Tripod parts

Without knowing the brand of tripod i cannot help. There are some brands of tripods that are made for the retailer and the name is licensed, so the name brand does not support or stock repair parts. Especially if the tripod is an inexpensive one. Because of the model and make of you tripod, I would recommend you throw it out and buy another one. In my opinion Slik and Manfrotto are two very good ones. Slik for the lesser expensive and Manfrotto for the more durable, expensive, parts are almost always available unless is it really old tripod. Make sure you are loosening the 3 grub screws under the tripod head to release it from the tripod center column. there are the 3 slotted screw heads under the grey part of the tripod head. Make sure you back them all the way out before you start to loosen the head.

If the leg lock is still there in one piece, should be no issue. If you notice, the leg lock covers bothe an upper part of the leg and a smaller diameter lower part. Take a socket (8mm if I remember corectly) and barley tighten the nits on the bottom half of the locfk. Loosen and tighten nuts until rasing and lowering leg is no issue.

Reassembling telescopic sections for a 676B monopod

Each leg lock has a leg locking lever and a screw that hold the clamp assembly tight to the leg. Unlock the leg lock lever, loosen the screw above it that holds the clamp tight to the leg. The legs should fit into each other sice each leg is slightly larger or smaller then then next one. Slide the clamps in the approprite places and tighten the screw enough to hold the clamp assembly tight, but do not over tighten it. Over tightening will damage the 679 tubes.
