Not all vehicles have a ignition supply at the radio as they use the canbus system to turn things off and on. You will need a multi meter to check if there is power on the correct wires and you my need to pick up the ignition from the fuse box. Parrot web site has details of the accredited engineers in your area.
You will need to remove power from the Nokia kit, it has locked up, this is a common fault and can be resolve by removing power if you know where the main unit is or disconnect the vehicle batter for a few minutes.
you will need to search for a wiring diagram for your model of car radio
car kit blue - connect to ignition cable OR connects to switched 12v cable going to radio car kit red - Direct to +terminal of battery OR to constant 12v cable going to radio car kit black - connects to GROUND going to radio car kit yellow - connects to mute function of radio if your radio supports it.
OR connect blue and red together and directly to battery and connect black to Body of vehicle (not recommended as could result in draining of battery, even thought the kit is supposed to prevent this).
sounds like the 12v+ cable (blue wire) may be lose, the kit is designed to switch off when the engine is off to save battery... the blue wire controles this. with regards to the bluetooth... make sure the box all the wire go to for the car kit is not behind any metal frame or anything that could block radio waves.
if cutting the power to the kit dont work try removing the radio and removing the yellow wire from the back for the radio (the one coming from the junction box of the kit). that should get the radio/cd working properly. inspect the wire and make sure its not earthing anywhere behind the dash. radio isnt realy that easy to take out if you dont know what your doing.
