Question about Computers & Internet

I have a new Dell Insprion 530 and can't connect to the internet with my 2wire1000sw. I am receiving a driver error. No drivers are installed for my 2wire. Is there a way to get these drivers without being able to access the internet?

This page contains links to download the drivers for your 2wire (copy them to a USB drive or onto CD).

I found some other info that brought into question whether there is a compatible driver that runs under Vista so this may not work for you if you are running the 32/64 bit version of Vista. There may be other solutions for this though - post which OS you're running if this is the case...

Your new computer should have came with a resource cd for drivers, if not then you need to contact dell for support and have them provide you with a CD thaqt copntains all the drivers for your computer. You might want to have this anyway in case you need to troubleshoot your computer. I hope this info helps.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Video driver problem - black screen

My Dell Inspiron 530 (running Vista) started having video problems. (After working fine for months).  It would boot and let me log in, and would display the desktop for a moment, then the desktop would refresh, the screen would go black, and my Viewsonic VG 150 LCD monitor would display an error "Out of Range".
"Out of Range" error means "I am getting a signal, but it's not a signal that I recognize so I can't display the image".
It would boot correctly in Safe Mode, and also in 640*480 resolution.  But it would not work in 1024*768 resolution (the native resolution of this LCD).
I noticed that Microsoft Update had, the night before, installed an Optional update to the Intel onboard video controller driver.  The driver was dated Feb 2008 and that is the latest from Intel, so I don't understand why it installed a new update in April 2009 (?).
I ran the Dell diagnostics on the video hardware and I did notice that in one sequence of about 15 screens that flashed quickly, two of them displayed the Out of Range error. So clearly the Intel video hardware is able to generate a mode that this monitor cannot handle.
My best guess is that something about the automatic Update of the driver is what broke this installation.

I removed the Intel driver (in Device Manager.. Display Adapters), so Vista fell back to its generic video driver, and the problem went away... I can select 1024*768 resolution and it boots fine.
I haven't yet attempted to reinstall the Intel driver (I'm just happy to have it working again).

I am looking to find out what I need to get my USB driver installed back to the internet. I have Dell dimension 2350 desktop. I re-done it all but didn't have any connection to the internet, so I installed...

The USB connection does not normally have anything to do with the internet. You can try updating all your drivers with a driver update program, or look for them manually on manufacturer's websites.
Does the USB device show an error in the Device Manager?
