I am unable to open the Panel to insert cd

I was having a problem similiar to this. The solution to my problem was that I had to have the radio taken apart because the SD card had popped out of the slot and was not letting the face slide down to eject. It cost me about $40. Now I just load all my movies and music to my 160 GB HDD and watch them from there. It will also be a good thing if I decide to sell the radio (which I won't) because the CD/DVD laser will be almost new. If you had an SD card in the slot, it might have come out.

somtimes you have to disconnect power to the unit. pull the unit out and unplug it or disconnect the battery. if it doesnt work you may need a hammer.
