I will be away when I need to add nutrients. I will miss by 2 days. Should I feed and reset early or wait and add nutrients when lights are blinking (4 days late)? I have the 6 pod herb pack and I started it one month ago. Thank you, SUsan

Bought 2 new gardenia in 9cm pots, have re-potted into large container, they have had feed and water, yet they seem to be dying off

It could be that the container they are in is too big. The top layers of soil are the first to dry up so if a container is too large for the plants, the nutrients and water could be washed down beyond the smaller plants reach. I would start by having the soil tested at a local plant and tree nursery. Over time minerals and salts can build up in soil to levels that may be tolerable for a larger plant that has grown in that soil it\'s entire life, but will mean doom and death to smaller plants or different types of plants. If the soil tests ok,. then I\'d try a smaller container. I\'m no expert, this is just from my own experience. Hope it helps.

Why is my plant brown?

Many reason could cause it. The water is not getting all the way to the leaf, it gets either hot or cold freeze temperatures at some point during the day, too many toxicity on its environment, lack of nutrients on the water. I try some Basic H from Shaklle first, it been use for decades to increase water absorption on agriculture among many other things, and then if that is not enough, some miracle grow, which is a load of minerals for the plants.

Landscape ligthing Transformer

Yes ican. They are made to be split into two 300 watt circuits. So it's ideal to place it at a location in the middle of you lights . Basically to go each direction from the transformer. Now you need to find out what wattage bulbs are in each light.(different fixtures can have different watt bulbs.) Lets say you have 8 lights going one direction and 8 going the other way and each light has a 20 watt bulb. That adds up to 160 watts on each side. So you are well below the 300 watt rating per side. By the way I wouldn't go anymore than 250 watts on a 300 watt circuit. Next you look on the bottom of the transformer and you will see the screws where you hook up the wire. You will need to strip the end of the wires about a half inch. Hook one set under the A & B for one side then do the same for the otherside. Plug in the transformer and set the timer to whatever tme of day and night you prefer. Hope this helps. If you have more questions just ask. Thaks and remember to rate me.
