Question about Acer Aspire 5102WLMi Notebook
# 1 make sure system restore is turned on.
Go to My computer icon - right click go to properties - system restore tab.
# 2 make sure your windows installer service is started.
Go to start - control panel - administrative tools - services - windows installer
