You can't - well - depends on which Mac you have.. If it's a relatively recent one with an Intel chip, then you can use BootCamp to boot directly into a Windows OS.. Or you can install VirtualBox and do it that way with the Windows OS running simultaneously with the Mac OS. If it's a non-Intel CPU, then you're out of luck.

Try looking up the maker's support website for that, letting your OS (I'm guessing Windows Update over Oracle Solaris Refresh) pick relevant hardware drivers, or perhaps relate the particular OS and build of 815ls you want drivers for, including virtual device drivers, VMs, etc.
