Question about Philips GoGear SA3245/37 Digital Media Player
I have a GoGear SA32xx 4Gb version. My problem is it is neither being detected in any Pc nor it is starting. When I ON it the PHILIPS logo gets displayed and automatically it gets turned off .
When I connect it to a computer and Check in devive manager I found this error
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
so any one can give me advice how to resolve this problem
The solution to a Code 10 error is to disconnect the mp3 player from your computer, uninstall all of the Philips software that came with the device, restart your computer, reinstall the Philips software, and THEN and only then - connect your mp3 player to the computer.
