Re: MY GOGEAR NOT STARING
The solution to a Code 10 error is to disconnect the mp3 player from your computer, uninstall all of the Philips software that came with the device, restart your computer, reinstall the Philips software, and THEN and only then - connect your mp3 player to the computer.

Check and make sure that the Create folder hierachy on device option is enabled in Windows Media Player. Go to Tools>Options. Select the Devices tab and then highlight GoGear Audio and click Properties
Click OK to close the windows.

Repeat steps 2-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your portable device.
Once the transfer is completed, close the Windows Media Player
Unplug the GoGear from the PC and enjoy the music on your GoGear.
Transfer music via Windows Explorer: Note! You cannot transfer pictures via Windows Explorer, for pictures use Windows Media Player.
Connect your GoGear with the PC via the supplied USB cable. Make sure you connect your GoGear also to the main power supply.
Launch Windows Explorer.
Drag and drop your music files into the music folder of your GoGear.
Once transfer is complete unplug the GoGear from the PC and enjoy the music on the go.
The "iTunes" files are indeed protected. You'll have to convert the music to another format first. You can burn them to CD and then rip them back to your PC or you can get conversion software, you could try here first:
It needs to work through "MusicMatch". Your GoGear should have come with the CD to install the software. You must install the MusicMatch software. Once loaded, you may need to go to their website to see if you have the most current drivers and updates for things to work properly. Read all instructions about how this player works. It does not work in the same way that iPods do. You have to use the wheel differently.
