The solution to a Code 10 error is to disconnect the mp3 player from your computer, uninstall all of the Philips software that came with the device, restart your computer, reinstall the Philips software, and THEN and only then - connect your mp3 player to the computer.

I have a GoGear SA32xx 4GB and I'm trying to drag songs and videos from iTunes to the media converter, but it won't let me because it says they are unprotected. All I want to do is get my songs from iTunes...

The "iTunes" files are indeed protected. You'll have to convert the music to another format first. You can burn them to CD and then rip them back to your PC or you can get conversion software, you could try here first:

I have gogear sa32xx but it daes not connect with pc at oll and it con`t work olso

It needs to work through "MusicMatch". Your GoGear should have come with the CD to install the software. You must install the MusicMatch software. Once loaded, you may need to go to their website to see if you have the most current drivers and updates for things to work properly. Read all instructions about how this player works. It does not work in the same way that iPods do. You have to use the wheel differently.

You would have to go on the site and download the software for Windows 2000 ( I saw they have a version for Philips Manager for other versions of Windows)
