Question about DreamCatcher Interactive Atlantis: The Lost Tales
Hi, my name's Andrew and I live in Italy. Sorry if I write to you for help in installing Atlantis The Lost Tales on xp, but neither my technician has been able to solve my problems. In fact we both tried several times and in different ways to install Atlantis on my notebook with Windows xp Service Pack three. My hard disk divided in drive C e in F has no more then 1.90 GB free at the moment and I could install the Cryo folder by using the program Daemon Tools for the virtual CD drive E. In this drive I added the CD1 of Atlantis and it reads it without problems. I even added all the patch files added by Atlantis extra files, following all the web installation rules, but in any case the result is the same for me and for my pc technician. When I click on play this message comes on my screen either with the italian cd or the English one: "Restart with CD1 in drive" - "Riavvia col cd1 nel drive". The point is that the CD1 is already in the virtual drive of Daemon Tools, but when I click "ok" on the message icon nothing happens! Even if I leave my cd in D drive (the hardware one) I have the same result and I can't start the game! Could you please help me to understand how can I do to solve this enigma? I really dreamt of playing Atlantis and looked for it everywhere and now that I have both versions (Italian and English), they still don't work on my computer! Anyway these are its carachteristics: Mycrosoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3 Intel (R) Pentium 4 CPU 2.00 GHz 2.02 GHz, 496 MB RAM Scheda video Sis 650. Waiting for Your reply, I kindly remain with my best Regards yours faithfully, Andrew
Ok, thank you very much. I solved because I found out that my cds vwere damaged. I will find new good ones.
