Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR2 V8 Cellular Phone
It appears that something is wrong with the port. the pins inside for charging and for the earphones are different, and so there's a good chance that the pins for the earphone in the port are damaged to you'll have to take the phone to a motocare center.
before you do though, it would be worth checking to see if you volume is full before trying to listen to music - that could also be the the problem.
