Re: blue toner is printing on the paper. I have a spill...
Be careful with the developer rods which are coverd with toner the rest you can pick using vacume cleaner with soft brushing.
remove the cartrides
remove photoconductor unit
avoiding the developer unit RODS which are 4 in total and are next to each cartridge chute with toner powder on them.they are charged rod and thats why tonner is attracted to them as toner powder is also charged.
I did this myself and it works fine.
Just do it when you are relaxed and remove any part which you can remove n then vacume the spilled toner.

If you are seeing vertical streaks/black lines your primary corona wire is dirty and or the fax scanner may be dirty. 1)To clean the corona wire you take the drum unit and toner cartridge and place it on disposable paper to avoid spilling. 2) Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab from right to left several times. 3) Return the blue tab and snap it into the home position. 4) Reinstall the drum unit and toner cartridge. 5) Close the front cover. Caution: if you do not return the blue tab to the home position it may repeat the black lines.
Hi, Dots, Lines, shadows
and smudges on the printouts are due to dirty/ deteriorating cartridge and
cleaning the green drum of the cartridge may help temporarily. Take out
the cartridge and gently clean the roller/ green drum with a dry, soft,
lint-free cloth wiping off the toner dots marks/ lines. Also,
make sure that the visible inside of the printer is clean and ther is
no spilled toner inside, which sometimes results in dots. Double printing is also due to the deteriorating cartridge. The drum is not getting clean after its each rotation and hence the remaining toner/ image is transferred to the paper resulting in double printing. So, it is recommended that clean the drum etc (this would help temporarily). Also, make sure that the toner cartridge is in good working condition. If not you may replace the cartridge. Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.
GoodLuck! Dont forget to appreciate the solution if I could have been of any help! CreativeTECH
Please clean the drum and the fuser, also check the toner cartridges if there's any overflown toner powder spilled. The problem is caused when the toner waste tank in the drum is full or overflowing.
check drum for sign of line, if not found proceed to fuser for a sign of toner spill. for where ever spill found clean and make a test print again. if found again remove toner and check for possible spillage path for the repair or replacement.
Toner powder is so fine that it hides under parts that you can't see. By all means, DO NOT blow it out with canned air! Get a vacuum with a fine filter that can hold toner and remove the toner cartridge. Then vacuum out the inside of the printer as thoroughly as possible. Especially clean out along the paper path and where the cartridge goes in. It may still print a few dirty pages, but after several pages, it should go away.
