If both operating systems are properly installed, you should have a boot menu that allows you to choose which OS to load. If you dont have this option, then there is a problem. Which of the two OSs was installed first?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why so hard to find windows xp pro can you please tell me the right price for xp pro? where i can buy the product here in the Philippines

I would pick up a copy on Ebay. with so many people switching over to Windows Vista and 7 there are some great deals. Look for a seller that has great rating or someone that sells O.S. exclusively.

This laptop is originally operating in windows vista..since i was having a problem with vista i changed it to windows 7...i liked the windows 7 better but the only problem is...my vaio camera utility won't...

Switching Operating Systems usually doesn't import certain drivers to allow those hardwares to operate fully. It is therefore advised to go to the computer brand's official website, and download the drivers for your laptop's model, specifying the Operating System (Windows 7, in this case), to make use of it.

How do i install my hp deskjet 3325 on my computer i dont know what my pc has, xp.2000,95 etc.... help, drivers i tried but still dont know how to install the printer so my kids can print.

First you need to know your OS. Even on the older versions of Windows, the Control Panel should give you your OS version in the System panel. If you have 2000, XP, or a newer OS, you can get the drivers from the following URL: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=82029&os=228&lang=en&

If you have Windows 95, 98 or ME, HP doesn't have the drivers for those operating systems.

I hope this helps. Since the software must be installed before you attach the USB cord to the computer, you may need to uninstall any drivers that attempted to load on your first attempt. Look in the device manager (in the Control Panel again) for any devices with an exclamation point next to them.

Windows XP SP2 will not boot after installing new SATA hard drive

Your system thinks the "second" drive has precedence over the first ( your boot drive ) try switching the SATA cables between the two drives. There also might be a BIOS setting under Boot Order, sometimes you have to drill down to get to it for a particular drive.
