HP 5500 printer Prints 99% of page thru WPSM54G with Vista

Using a NEW Dell XPS Vista laptop and printing to an HP Officejet 5500, I get about 99% of the page an error and the printer jams. Worked fine with XP desktop.

its not support the high level os files do one thing installed the driver support to vista support from the internet .
