I have a matsushita D3026E 3.5

I have a matsushita D3026E 3.5" drive installed in a Technics U90 Organ which doesn't read my disks which I know to have music styles on them. When I select the drive, the red light comes on, but the organ screen reads 'no disk'. Also I can hear the drive motor running but not the click as is heard when a normal drive is selected. This drive has physical connections which are different to PC connections, so I can't try swapping out. Any Ideas gratefully received - Simmo, Queensland Australia
