Sony visual communication camera vgn-cs190

Hi,I have Vaio model VGN-SX44GN with windows vista operating systems. I just have installed windows 7 professional to replace my windows vista. The problem is my VGA-card was not read by the newest OS. How to fix my problems? please help me

This is probably is simple problem with missing drivers. Since Windows 7 is backwards compatible with most of the hardware and software used with Windows XP you simply need to go to the Sony website and download the respective driver for your camera. Click here to be redirected to the Sony Drivers and Support website.

Make sure the Operating System selected is Windows XP and download both the camera driver and the utility.

Specific name of both files are "Original - Sony® Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC2 Driver"
and "Original - Sony® Visual Communication Camera Driver Utility for the PCGA-UV10, PCGAUV11, and PCGA-UV11A"

Install both and restart your pc.

Everything should be in working order from then on.

I understood that you're not able to use the Webcam application in the Computer.
Try downloading the originally shipped Sony Visual Communication Camera Driver from here.
If you're using the Windows 7 OS, click here for the link with the steps to install the Webcam Driver for the Vaio Computer.

I'm sorry to inform you that Sony does not support Windows XP OS for your Computer. However, if you wish, you can try using any third party software to check for the compatible Drivers online.
The Computer is shipped with Sony® Visual Communication Camera VGP-VCC8 Camera.

check for virus with updated if u found any virus remove it 7 reinstall the cam driver kindly update me after that
