Broke off spark plug

I have tried an easy out, heat, penatrating fluid. I brought it in to have it repaired they said They would have to remove the head and have it drilled out. It would cost about $1000.00. Any sugestions for removal.

A REALLY good engine mechanic can get the plug out, without removing the head; but he REALLY needs to be a really good tech.

What he needs to do is drill out the old plug, increase the size of the spark plug thread hole, and the insert as "heli-coil" to remake the original threads up. The rub here is that when he drills tout the old plug, metal particles will get into the piston area... Only a really good tech can bypass this. If you can't find a guy, the head will have to be pulled.

Broken spark plug coil bolt

If it is broken off below the surface you will have to try to drill it and use an easy out tool. And it may be frozen in the threads which is why it broke with you.

How hard is it to replace a front oxygen sensor on a 97 malibu

It could be difficult if it is rusted/seized in place, which is very likely as with any nuts or boltson an exhaust system due to repeated heating and cooling as well as road salts. Try some penatrating fluid (MOVIT is great), spray it on and leave it over night. I have had to heat up sensors with an oxy acetalene torch to remove them.(being very careful not to damage the threads or exhaust pipe) Remove the electrical connection and use a 6 point socket. "Rock" the sensor back and forth to loosen it. When you do put the new sensor in - use an anti-seize compound on the treads to make it easier next time.

Broke spark plug off and only thread remains then broke an easy out off into the hole and it broke off flush, anyway to quick fix without removing head?

You might have already knocked a foreign object into your cylinder. I know it's a lot of work and I'm sorry to say it, but you really should pull that head off. Even if you succeed in removing the ez out and spark plug remains, you may have fine metal shavings in your cylinder.

Won't hold a charge.

I would try checking all the door switches. The door switches is what controls the auto shut off for the radio and lights when the key is out and the doors get opend. The switches could be dirty and not activating.Try spraying a penatrating oil into all the dorr latches and work them back and forth while keep spraying penatrating oil into the latches.I prfer to use PB blaster brand penatrating fluid which will not harm anything else in the door..

Mk3 ford fiesta spark plugs

honestly fords have been notoreous for there not so well built heads. I would try to lubricate it with a penatrating oil (one that foams works better than wd40) and give it your best shot otherwise find someone who is selling the same head. Also note to put on some anti seize stuff to prevent it from happening again.
