I had the same problem twice with my Samsung FPT 5084 and it was the 12 AMP fuse on the power board both times. The bad part is you have to remove the whole back plate to get to it but once off it sits on the power board (dead center) towards the lower left hand side of it. Replace the top fuse or you can replace both. They're just regular ceramic sealed 12 AMP fuses that cost about 50 cents each.

I have a 50 inch Samsung, Model FPT5084X/XAA that won't turn on.

Do not bother replacing the whole power supply for just a few well known bad capacitors on it!
Just get quality ones (both better quality *and* higher breakdown voltage) and you won't have this problem ever again...well at least for sure not before a tons of other issues.

My tv want come on ? i cut it off and it want come backon

Probably bad or leakey capacitors in the power supply. A good tech can replace the puffed up and leakey ones rather than replace the board.
