I ordered a couple replacement parts for this grill @ Fox international including the handle. Call them @ 1800-231-9786, and choose the option for the George Forman Grill. They claim to have every part for this grill.

Go to the "esalton" website directly and click on the "G5" grill and then go to "buy now" and after you go there it should have a "parts list" near the bottom left hand side and click on "GO" and it will have all the parts you should need for your grill that you can order directly from the company. Hello: I just called 1-800-233-9054 and spoke to a customer relations person for George Foreman products. I was able to order a probe (electrical cord) for my George Foreman Outdoor Grill. I asked if that was the number to call for all parts and was told that it was. Give it a try. If I was able to order my part, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to also. Julie
