Yes, this is internal and its located on the main board. this is a IC issue. mainly in the input section of this circuit board. You will have to disassemble to fix. i would also run a break point test on the deflection board. there may be a minor malfunction here.

More than likely causes would be the bulbs or you Jungle IC Chips.  IC Chips normally require a professional to install and can cost in upwards of 100 bucks or more.  A end user can replace them themselves, however getting the part is another story.  I would take it to a professional and most will charge you 30 bucks to diagnose the exact problem.  There are many things that could cause it, to numerous to list on here without actually physically inspecting the tv.  But chances are, you are looking at an issue with the jungle IC Chip.

No owners manual can't get new blue ray dvd player to work on tv

Here is the manual:

When using the HDMI connections you may have to tell the DVD to output to that port.  Also you may have to connect additional sound cables from the DVD output to the TV.

Picture but no sound

It is most likely the SAP setting is in place. This will kill the sound

To reset the audio, go to the on-screen menu and select the setting for audio and make sure it is on stereo rather than SAP (second audio channel).

toggle the two and see which is compatible to ur Dvd player

thank you

You have a convergence problem. Here are some of the most common symptoms.

Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed in but stationary.

Solution:
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit includes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself.

Hope this helps,
Ed

Phillips hd projection tv/ model 60pp9363h/17

thats a common problem with all projection tvs. You will need to replace both convergence Ics and 4 resistors. You will need two STK392-120 Convergence ICs and four 6.8 ohm 1watt resistors. You can get replacement parts at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions so you can do the repair yourself. heres the link.
