You are unlikey to find a repair manual. Phonic is a pupolar low-end brand, I believe it is manufactured in either China or Korea, but their website is careful not to say. Any decent repairr shop should be able to trace down problems and obtain parts, or if you are really adventuous, youo can pose around yourself, but use caution around high voltage and static-sensitive components.
