thank u rate me!!
Microsoft's CD keys, although extremely spaced and defined, can sometimes play tricks on your eyes. I have personally had a problem with a CD key for one of my products where a D and 0 looked very similar and caused me to enter the key incorrectly at least once each time. You might consider going through the key one digit at a time and ensure you are correctly entering it each time. The CD itself does not know what key is attached to what CD, only the program knows what is entered and what should be entered in the next cells based on previous ones. If the digits don't match up, based on what is entered, the key won't work.
Look for any digits that are "8", "0", "D", and "Q" and make sure they are what should be entered.
Contact Microsoft for a new key. Giving you one is illegal.
Normally this key is available within the disc and is put up in read me folderon the cd.explore the cd and check.
If you have the complimentary home and student you need to activate the copy.
You should have the key in the package.
If the copy had prviously been installed, and the original had been deleted, contact macrosoft to get validation.

NO I don't want a free trial. I want to use the product I bought. HELP
I own the product MS Office Home/Student 2007. My old computer crashed. I bought a new one. The product key for this software is not vaild for reinstall on the new computer. I would like to use this software and not purchase another one. Help.
I can see the product key number and the disc did not show these. It asked for the key to be entered. I entered the key and was told it is invalid retry.
My new computer is MS Vista. My old computer where the software was loaded is MS XP. Does this present the problem?
Am I going to get an answer?
I don't know how to contact Microsoft. I am trying to do so through this live chat. Worthless money spent poorly.
