Go to your recent call history. at top of screen, right above where you would normally type in number to call, it will show line 1(your number or line 2( 000 0000 1234). If it says line2, use ur scroll ball to go up to line 2, push in track ball, change to line 1, should be working after that

Buried in the phone settings, there will be an option to select the service provider manually or automatically. First port of call is to see if this has been inadvertantly set manually to a "foreign" provider. If it has, then changing it to Auto should sort you out. If it's in auto, but still misbehaving, then try selecting your own provider manually. A.

you may wont to contact cricket and get verification on your service area........the roaming triangle should only apply to the device main screen when the towers being used have a roaming contract with the provider. you may very well be roaming but not from your device.....you may be roaming in the cellular network though.....contact cricket from another device for troubleshooting options at (866) 274-2538
