I purchased a Compaq Presario CQ60-216DX notebook about a month ago, and noticed my audio kept turning off randomly. It's to the point I have to manually turn it back on. In addition to that, my WLAN does not work anymore. I have another laptop that works off of my same wireless connection that picks up fine. Can anyone help?

Installing only audio drivers will give you error "DRIVER INSTALLATION FAILED. COULD NOT FIND MEDIA DEVICE FOR THIS DRIVER" .so to solve this problem first you have to download microsoft universal audio driver and then install audio drivers Audio Drivers link 1 :microsoft universal audio ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp32501-33000/sp32646.exe link 2 :conexant high definition audio ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36090.exe ________________________________________________________ If this answers your question please rate this as fixed.
