Hi yesterday i was using my homedics cushion . I had it set on shiatsu and i was controlling whereit went. I accidently pushed roller full...well it startd to go upwards and then started making clunki

mine did that and I tried turning it on and let it run through the cycles with no pressure on it. then it found its own track again and started working ok, but I am very careful with the controller now. Hope it helps.

Hi, I have got brand new Homedics shistsu massager cushion (MCS-360H). When I am plugging it in, I can see that power button in the remote is not getting started. Can you please assist me with this...

Hopefully you've got the right model listed here, as the MCS-360H is a Swedish Massage Cushion.

Did you remove the screw from the back of the unit before plugging it in...? The unit will not work properly until that screw is removed, and could be damaged if it is operated with the screw in place.

Here's the manual -

If removing that screw does not make the unit operate properly, contact Homedics Customer Service at 1-800-466-3342

I bought a Shiatsu Pillow (Homedics). After two days it stopped working. I know the company doesn't suggest fixing them yourself. Besides, that, is there any way to fix it at home? Why would it stop...

I would return it to the store you purchased it to get some kind of refund of your money spent. I would not suggest tampering with it yourself . As soon as you do that you will not be allowed to get any kind of refund.
