The recipe is easy: Mix Isopropyl alcohol and distilled water in equal parts (50/50) inside an empty Windex-like bottle. Do not use tap water! Doing so will leave white smears on your screen after cleaning it up because of the dissolved minerals inside the water. When finished mixing, just close the bottle using the "spray" adaptor that comes attached to it.

Next, you will need to find a good, soft piece of microfiber cloth to clean your display. Avoid paper tissues at all cost! Using those on your screen would be just like scrubbing sandpaper on it and may scratch it permanently. You wouldn't want to do that right?

Now that we have everything we need, start by turning off your screen. Dampen your piece of soft cloth with your cleaning mixture and then wipe the display gently from top to bottom. Never spray liquid directly onto the LCD. When you're done, wait a few minutes to let your screen dry, and then turn it back on. Voila, you're done! Your screen should now be sparkling clean.

Note: Dispose of used cartridges carefully. Do not take the used cartridge apart or try to refill it. Warning: If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap and water. If ink gets into your eyes, flush them immediately with water. If ink gets into your mouth, spit it out and see a doctor right away. Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children.

  • Before opening the new cartridge package, shake it gently four or five times.

Caution:Do not shake the cartridges after opening the packages, or ink may leak.

  • Remove the cartridge from the package.

7-h1s5zfpt5of2l4on03jpduhb-4-35.jpg

  • Lower the scanner unit
  • Press the start button
9-h1s5zfpt5of2l4on03jpduhb-4-44.jpg

The print head moves to its home position and the printer starts charging the ink. This takes about 4 minutes. When you see the Ink Cartridge Replacement screen, ink charging is finished. Caution:Never turn off the product while the power light is flashing or you will waste ink.
If you see an error screen telling you an ink cartridge is installed incorrectly, lift up the scanner unit and press the ink cartridge down until it clicks into place. When you're finished, press the OK button.

How can I clean my plasma screen covered in sticky hand marks from my children!!!

You don't need expensive screen cleaning solutions to clean your screen. To remove the dust, use a good quality (like a micro-fiber) cloth. Then use separate cloth moistened, not saturated, with dish water to gentle wipe the smudges off. Do not scrub the screen, be patient and work them softly. Most TV mfg recommend this method. I hope this was of some assistance.

The preview colors do not match the actual print.

This is usually a cartridge issue. If that doesn't work, then try cleaning the printer head. Make sure that there is paper in the input tray. On the product control panel display, touch the tools icon. Touch Tools and then touch Clean Printhead . The product calibrates, cleans, and aligns the printhead and then prints a test page. Plasma tv scratch

Things You’ll Need:

* Television screen cleaning products
* Cleaning schedule
* Microfiber cleaning cloth

Clean Your HDTV Screen Properly
Step1
Read the warning labels on all your household cleaning products. Even glass cleaners might not be suitable for use on an HDTV screen, so check the manufacturer's warnings before you apply anything to the screen.
Step2
Keep chemical cleaners away from your HDTV on cleaning day. The harsh chemicals found in most common cleaning products will actually cause more harm than good.
Step3
Leave liquid cleaners under your sink when cleaning your HDTV screen. A liquid cleaner, whether it be water or a chemical cleaner, will drip down the screen and work its way into the interior of the TV, causing damage to your HDTV. You will be able to easily recognize when this happens, because your screen will develop smudges.
Step4
Use a cloth to clean the HDTV screen. Ideally, you should use a cloth that is recommended for HDTV screens, computer screens and other electronics. The word "microfiber" may be imprinted on the packaging.
Step5
Wet the microfiber cloth slightly. Just a hint of dampness is all you need. If water runs out of the cloth, then it's too wet and will cause smudges.
Step6
Develop a regular cleaning schedule for your HDTV screen. If you dust the screen daily, or at least several times a week, with your microfiber cloth, no other maintenance should be necessary. Not only will frequent cleanings make caring for your HDTV easier, but they will also enhance your viewing experience.
Step7
Prevent messes by asking family members and guests not to touch the television screen. You should also try to make sure children with sticky fingers do not come in contact with the screen.
Step8
Use a high-end cleaning product if you feel that regular dusting is not sufficient. Top-of-the-line television cleaning products are ideal for use on all HDTV screens, plasma screens, projectors and are safe to use around children and animals.

Info. for Model No. MP-CD450 indicates a "Warning: Handling the

Hi there. The majority of electrical apparatus use cords that contain a small quantity of lead.
This metal is dangerous if ingested, and should not be a main concerned if handled, providing that you wash your hands afterward.

I quote what American Cancer Society says:

Many electrical wires and cables have small amounts of lead in their outside insulation (surface covering), which can rub off on the hands of people who touch the wires. People can be exposed to lead by ingesting it, so if they eat or put their hands in their mouths without washing up after handling these wires, they can take in small amounts of lead. The bigger hazard is likely to be to toddlers and babies who put wires in their mouths. Since they crawl around on the floor, it can be challenging to keep them away from wires. How can I avoid exposure (and protect children in the house)?
  • The most important point to avoid exposure is to wash your hands after handling the electrical cords to avoid swallowing any lead that rubs off onto them.
  • Don't eat or feed children while handling lead-containing cords or stringing holiday lights.
  • Since small children are more likely to put cords, fingers, and other objects in their mouths, keep lead-containing wires out of their reach.
  • Children are more affected by lead (see ACS document, Lead), and should always have their hands washed before handling food and eating.
