Question about Syscan DocketPORT 465 Scanner
...or not connected properly"
That is the message I get while attempted to use my DocketPort465 scanner. Trouble is, the scanner is connected properly on both ends. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software and I am still getting this message. Help?
The new PC was Vista and the CD that came with the scanner completed loading a driver without complaint. However, a new driver was needed for Vista. After downloading the new driver from Epson, uninstalling the old driver and installing the new driver, it worked.

This is a funny problem. Try & locate SCanwizard 5 files and delete them. Complete the registry deletion as suggested. Run scandisk. Install and uninstall Scanwizard 5.

firstly I hope the model number is correct. if yes try once again the following steps.
disconnect the Docketport from usb. go to device manager and see there devices marked with yellow exclamation mark. remove them and restart the windows.
1. download the driver and install it
2. secondly Docketscan application is needed ..download it too and intall
now try connecting the dockerport
I hope this should make things work.
