What version of DirectX do you have? To find this, go to Start -> Run -> and type "dxdiag" (without quotes). At the bottom of the first displayed box, it will say what DirectX version. Please let me know what version it is. You should be up to DirectX 9.0c with Windows XP. DirectX 10 with Windows Vista.

I want graphic card software with pixel shader 3.0 for my dg31pr free download. and how can i update my antivirus software without internet.

1. Firstly yo will have to have the latest driver update for your Graphic card. (Depend on the VGA card you Have)

2. Virus Guard updates are either downloadable DAT files ( mcafee) or you have to use the internet to update.

Try installing the audio card in other PCI slots.
Also check to see if the PCI gold connectors are not damaged. Do you have another PC to check this audio card out? Perhaps there may be a misalignment on the PCI connectors. Check to see if the card lines up correctly in the PCI slot.

Ethernet card Missing

I had exactly the same problem a couple of years ago, light on but nobody home, it could be the card just isn't working properly anymore. I bought a new one, fixed the issue, this was after I had tried replacing the cable.
