Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
The center button on the navigation wheel won't work unless i pop the wheel out. I cant select pictures or go to the menu or even reply to texts. I've tried turning my phone off then on again, and I took it to Verizon. All they did was spray it and brush it to try to clean it. Nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know how to help?
Sometimes what happens is that the receptor in the back of the device gets corroded (or sticky from kids) and it causes the buttons not too work fortunately if a Verizon Wireless is unable to see any physical damage they should warranty replace the device without any problem, and even if your device is out of warranty they offer a replacement for 50 dollars which is still cheaper than having a cell phone repair tech actually fix it for you, if the store will not do it for you call the customer service 800-922-0204 and they will change it for you. hoped this help!
