Check the mains lead for continuity! Thats making sure the lead to the dryer is not broke anywhere internally.
It may mean removing panel to get access to where the mains lead goes into the dryer, You can do this with power off, check with a multimeter that both the brown wire and blue wire as well as the green and yellow earth wire has continuity from the plug to the dryer!!

Check to see if you have power to the coil on the contactor is what I would do. Might be a bad coil on the contactor also if power is going to that coil.

Dryer is dead .does nothing

Try turning off the power at the main house breaker, then turn it back on. If nothing happens you probably blew a fuse in the control panel.
