Go into your printer driver; ie. control panel -> printers and right click the CD/DVD printer. Press "Printing Preferences" near the bottom of the Properties window. Click on "Clean/Change cartrdiges & check Ink" and select properties.

In windovs under printers proporties..

You can also make a whole disc with magenta and cyan and yellow and black.. so you can see if one coulor is bad..

Bravo pro will not print using mac book pro


Sorry to have to break this news to you but if you don't use a printer at least once every few weeks the ink cartridge exit holes dry up and you can't get any ink out of em. There is no fix for this either other than to replace the cartridges. Joe

Reset ink level Bravo Pro


The ink level can be reset through the driver. Open the driver, goto printing preferences -> clean/change and check ink cartridge -> properties, and press 'Change Cartridge'.

Hi i am having trouble printing on the Primera Bravo Pro AutoPrinter. I have checked the ink as well as the alignment but for some reason it won't print. it picks up the disk then the printer hovers over...


If it can print in windows printer settings (puge og alignmemt) i think the printer works.. but is it from shurething or primoDVD .. the problem is..you need to clik the printbox..

Primera Bravo CD/DVD printer -- prints blank


Let the printer repair itself. Got to start menu select the printer then select properties. Go to maintenance menu try all the basic testing. If it still didn't work out, delete the previous driver and install it again, then restart and try printing again.

Primera Bravo Pro


Pioneer 115's require a special firmware to allow the drive trays to eject far enough so that the robot can drop the discs into the tray cleanly. The firmware for the 115 can be found at http://www.primera.com/downloads/support/DriveFirmware/DriveFirmware.html. Hopefully this should fix your problem.

I can,t print


this usually indicates there is a problem with the cartridge, check the bottom of each cartridge and see if the colour barcodes are intact and ensure you are not trying to start the machine with the lid up as too much light coming in will also cause the problem when reading the coloured barcodes on the bottom of each cartridge
