I have the same one, my memory is fine,, load software, plug in usb cable to computer and camera, then load main program from cd that came with unit, it will install the viewer program and when it ask you do you want to load driver,, say yes and click ok, reboot computer , open program MYCam from your screen, go to Mode, then go to PC - Camera mode, its a easy program to use, i'm sure you will be fine now.. good luck from Pa

Ok, I looked all over for the instructions. But there aren't any. I can give you a generic method, but it will only work if you have the driver installed. I'm going to assume you do.

Turn the camera off (if it in fact has an off button).
Plug the camera into your pc.
Turn the camera back on.
Go to My Computer and look for it in the removeable drives.
If it's there, double click on the drive and drill until you find your pics.

Good Luck!

If my instructions don't help you, then your going to have to get the driver. If you have the driver, then my solution should work for you.

I have lost the instruction book to my camera. How do I transfer photos from my camera to my computer?

Well you can always recover the instructions online from the manufacturers website. Anyways, find the cable that connects your camera to the computer USB port (most likely). Wait for while and then in my computer you will see a storage device or something similar popup. Enter that Drive and find the folder which has your pics stored.

hope this helps,

I believe you need to scroll down to filters in one of the setup modes. You should find black and white there.

Use the cord that came with the camera and plug it into a usb socket. make sure the camera is on and set to the upload control. Windows does the rest. Also the manual in a more comprehensive form is on the software Cd in th PDF file.
