Most times this occurs because the charger is the wrong one or is broken, the best solution is to try another charger (car charger, usb charger etc.) to see if it works or if you dont have one best bet is to take it to a local Verizon Wireless store and they will be able to test it as well, plus if they see it needs a replacement they do it right there so you will walk out with a working phone either way.

i tried my usb charger and that didnt work... and also now my memory card reader isnt working either, im not sure if its related to the charging problem or what but i will definatly get it looked at. But if i take it to our local jump.ca store will they be able to do anything there like you said or will it hav to be sent in?
