The charge adapter maybe faulty. If your cell phone is a few months old, then it would be still under warranty. Take it back to the place where you purchased it and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.
you have to contact paypal customer service & tell them you didn't make the transaction. & they can tell you how to close your account after the problem has been solved

I'm pretty sure it's not the PCM. When you have the alternator tested is it still on the vehicle? Does everything seem to be working when the vehicle is running correctly? There are to many questions but is it possible that when the vehicle sits there is something pulling at the battery bring it down. I am a Ford electronics specialist and I have only heard of one other time in my 25+ years in doing this that the PCM has caused a charging problem and in that case it was pulling power from the battery as the vehicle sat. I'm not sure what more to say other then I didn't want you to waist your money on a new computer for the vehicle. If the case is that you may have something pulling your battery down (a draw) and if you think this may be possible, you can email me [email protected] letting me know And I will be happy to give you instructions on how to test and narrow down the location of the draw. I know I didn't help but like I said I didn't want you to waist you money. Email me if need be and I will help with what I can. Am in and out all day and check my email often. Wish I could tell you more.
