I can't find my account from the "Find Your Account" page. If you're having trouble logging into your account from the Find Your Account page, try these tips:
  • Ask one of your Facebook friends to look at the About section of your profile and send you the email address listed in the Contact Information section.
  • Try entering every email address or mobile number you've owned (one at a time). You may have added an email address or mobile number to your account and forgotten about it.

  • Try entering variations of your name, just in case you signed up using a nickname.
  • If you're asked to enter a friend's name, try a variety of friends if the first friend you try doesn't locate an account. Remember to enter your friend's full name, not just their first name.

Like to no who vist my profile on facebook

it is not possible to see the recent visitors to your facebook profile, but if you wanna know the most active people who had done recent conversations with you, you can right click on your profile page and click "VIEW SOURCE", then search for the word "friendslist". Now you see some numeric values after that word. Just copy any numeric value and put it after facebook url such as and press enter to see the profile of that person. Hope it helps.

I want to have a account with facebook and to have only one password and user name help!!!

Did you know that you can personalize your Facebook business or profile page by choosing your own individual Username?
Any Facebook user can now get an individualized and searchable Facebook URL, making it easier for your friends, fans, or customers to find you.
Here is How To Get Your Facebook Username.

Facebook allows you to personalize your Facebook URL, or webpage.
If you haven't already chosen a username and you log into your Facebook account, the web address URL that shows in the address bar at the top of the page looks something like this:
Your default Facebook URL is just a randomly generated number that identifies your page to Facebook.
Not very exciting, is it? And most of all, not very personal or searchable!
Facebook offers you the opportunity to make your page unique by allowing you to pick a personalized ending to the URL for your page.
Whereas your Facebook webpage was,
it can now be, or
You can use your name, a nickname, a business name, or choose anything that you want to represent you and your presence on Facebook.
You can create a personalized URL for your Facebook profile and any Facebook Pages that you administer.
The only condition for naming Facebook Pages (often called Fan Pages, and used for a business, band, or celebrity), is that you must have more than 100 Fans/Followers of your page before you can do this.
This is subject to change by Facebook, so they may lower that requirement later on.

To claim your personalized Facebook URL, log in to Facebook and go to the link,
This link in the Resources section below for you to click on.
Once you are there, Facebook will suggest some Usernames for you to pick.
Facebook's picks will be based on your name or other account information, and there may be one that is exactly what you want, so go ahead and select it.
You may also create your own Username. Facebook allows you to choose any name or word you want to represent your page, as long as it meets their standards and is available.
Type in a Username you want, and then check availability.
Facebook will let you know if you can have that Username, and then you have the option of selecting it or checking for more names.
Be careful what you choose! Once you pick a Username, it is not editable or transferable to another account, so pick well!
Make sure it is spelled correctly, and that it is a name you won't have second thoughts about later.
Once you have decided on the Username you want and find out that it is available, click on the "Confirm" button and the name is yours!
Facebook will confirm that your Username has been set!
You may not be able to get the exact Username you want.
If Facebook informs you that the name isn't available, you will have to try another form of the name or word, or move onto some other choice.
Usernames are First Come, First Serve, so if you want yours, claim it now!

I have a facebook page called Metamora Indiana which is a business page. I can't use the url because someone is using Metamora Indiana as a profile page with Metamora as thier...

Facebook does not give information from their database to someone (even the government) for no grounds.:) What you can do is directly message them about it. Add them as your friend so that you can contact them when they accept your invite. After that you will ask them to change their username. It is the easiest way for them if i am not mistaken you can change your username in the account settings so that you will have a URL like this
Note: It will only means that you have to bargain for that name i suppose. :D
Good luck. Cheers

I dont know how to delete a facebook acount!!!

How to Really Delete Your Facebook Account

Deep in the belly of the Facebook help center you can find the URL to permanently delete your Facebook account.

Before I show you the link however please read the following carefully:

Remember that deleting your Facebook means that all of the information you have entered will be erased. Photos, account friends, messages, status updates etc.. All traces of you will be nuked on Facebook (At least we can assume so...). With that in mind, please move forward reading all large and fine print. icon_smile.gif

Okay so lets get started on permanently deleting your profile.

1. Visit, Click Submit

2. You'll be asked to confirm, Type in your Password, and then Solve the Captcha. Click Okay to continue.

All done, sort of...

Even after confirming the deletion of your account, Facebook will only "deactivate" it leaving you 14 days to log back in and cancel the entire deletion... um yeah...

What is my code number?

If you're looking for your ID number, you will find it in the URL (website address) of your profile page.

1. Open your browser, or open a new tab.
2. Navigate to Facebook, either through a bookmark or typing in
3. Login to your account.
4. Once you log in, click on "Profile" (in the case of the new Facebook layout) in the upper right corner. Older Facebook layouts, bring up your profile by clicking on "Profile" or "Home" then clicking on your username that appears in the upper left corner. This brings you to your profile page.
5. Once your profile page loads, look at the URL in the address bar of your browser. You will see something that looks like this or something similar to this:!/profile.php?id=XXXXXXXX
6. Take note of the following section of the URL address: "/profile.php?id=XXXXXXXX"
7. The "id=XXXXXXXX" is your ID Number. Your ID number may have more or fewer digits than the example provided.

Cannot access my account

When it shows you the picture, right click on it and select "view image" or the comparable option depending on what browser you are using. What you are trying to do is find the URL of the picture...what its internet address is. Contained within the URL is the Facebook ID, which you can use to find their account to grab their name.

Here is an example. This is the URL of a random person's picture. The ID number is after the letter "q" and ends right before the "_", the ID for this account is 100000578972571.

Take the ID number and paste it at the end of this URL,

Doing that we come up with

This takes you right to the persons FB account and you can grab their name so you can answer the security questions correctly.

Hope this helps.

Cant find my facebook profile when i google myself and my url is different from the rest of the other facebook members. why is this, did i do something when i set up my account?

You may have used a pseudonym when you first signed up to facebook, that's why. You can not change your name in facebook. And, facebook doesn't really publish your profile online. You have to do it yourself. Go here.
