Question about Canon ImageRUNNER 3570 Copier/Printer
I work at a high school and a secretary has been having an issue printing PDF files only. She's printed plenty from Word and Excel, but when printing a PDF file, the printer displays a message that it's processing but never prints anything. If she immediately tries to print from another application, it goes through without an issue. If anyone has heard of this issue, please respond. I am thinking of calling Canon on it, but figured I'd try a community like this first. I don't have a lot of time during the day to sit on the phone with tech support. Thanks a lot for yoru time.
Hi - I had a similar problem except my Brother printer wouldn't print any PDFs. I had Adobe Reader 11 installed at the time. I uninstalled then reinstalled a previous version - Adobe Reader 9 and that worked a treat!

Don't know if this helps, but we had a somewhat similar issue. From our research, it appears that issues printintg PDF's to Canon printers are surprisingly common...
Here's what resolved it for us: Adobe Reader is only printing the first few pages of a PDF 1. Open Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader 2. Click File then Print 3. Click the Advanced button 4. The pop-up window that appears will look different depending on what print driver is installed. If your driver is PostScript capable, then there will be a PostScript Options section, click this button. 5. In the PostScript Options section, change the "Font and Resource Policy" dropdown to "Send for Each Page".
