I need to replace the gallon bin and the shelf above it on the refrigerator door. I also need to replace the facings on the two bottom drawers in the freezer. Where can I get these parts reasonably priced? My refrigerator is the Samsung model #RB1855VQ/XAA with bottom freezer. Door opens to the right. Other than the problems with these plastic parts, my refrigerator works great. I do not regret purchasing it.
The bottom door bin for your Samsung is part number DA63-01263C. The next shelf up, called the middle guard, is part number DA63-01262A. The "facings" for the bottom two freezer drawers (also called freezer tray covers) are parts DA63-01653A and DA63-01652A. You may order these parts online at http://www.partstore.com/

I understand that you are looking for the drain hole on your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FFHT1725PS, due to water building up on the shelves inside your refrigerator. There technically is no drain in your refrigerator. There is a drip pan, which collects water from the condenser underneath your appliance. There are some possibilities that are causing the water to build up on the shelves. First, make sure that all containers are covered. Condensation can evaporate from opened containers and create water on the walls and shelves. Secondly, make sure that the drawers that have your fruits and vegetables are completely closed and set to the correct setting. Fruits and vegetables are full of water. Thirdly, check to make sure that your doors are closing and sealing correctly. Moisture can come through an open door or a door that is not sealed correctly. Lastly, if it is hot and humid, make sure that you are not going in your refrigerator many times and holding the door open as well. Hope this is helpful.
Check to see if one of your door shelves is bigger (sticks out more into the fridge) than the other ones. If it is, theses shelves can cause door closing problems. Try removing the shelf from the door and closing it again. If this shelf is the problem, call subzero at 1800 222 7820 and give them your model and serial number, and they will send you a new standard depth shelf to replace the deeper shelf at no charge, these shelves caused a lot of door closing problems when they came out. Hope this helps!
hi there......you havent stated the manufacturer of your fridge...however obtaining shelves for your fridge should be no problem..provided you have the model and serial number and if possible the product code.(a) contact your local your local domestic apliance repair/spares shop....(b) go online to the manufacturers web site...(c) go on line to google enter your fridge details this will provide you with information where to obtain your parts...
the door shelf may be a different issue...if the shelf is part of the door lining then you will need a relpacemant door
The above answer is only HALF right. The blue clips have to be removed to lift the shelf up and pull it toward you.
To remove the clips:
1. Get a screw driver or something to get behind the clip.
2. Slide it behind the clip and slowly pry it toward you.
3. Repeat for the clip on the other side.
4. Do the above; lift the shelf slightly and pull it toward yourself.
