Question about Avaya Lucent Partner 616 Phone
When we try to login to a particular mailbox to listen to messages, the message states cannot get messages, multiple log-ins, please disconnect.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
You will need to restart your phone system. Unplug black cord. Count to 5 and then plug it back in.
If that doesn't help because password is unknown you will need to login to adminstrative mailbox and reset password on the mailbox.
