Okay, first you need to get ImgBurn
Here is the site

So download and install
Now, you need an iso image file in order to burn in on to the cd.
1. So find your bin file of the game.
2. Then right click and select rename.
3. Add ".iso" to the end without quotations.

Now run ImgBurn
1. First select burn image file to disc
2. Select browse for a file
3. Find the directory of your game and select it
4. Then burn it

Remember that burned games can't run if you burn at speeds of 4x or more so just leave it at 1x.

Get Playstation 1 roms from www.romhustler.com and burn them using alcohol 120%. They play on PS1 perfectly.
