Power off the device, then hold the Volume Down and Enter buttons at the same time, then press the Power button. A message should come up asking if you’re sure you want to do this, let go of the buttons you held down and press the Volume Up button to accept, or any other button to cancel the reset.

dear u need to reinstall ur OS on ur MDA it will automatically install ur blue tooth device drive..there is no possiblity that in MDA blue tooth wont present...so go to start>> setting >> clear Storage...and then wait for ur OS to install automatically...but remove ur storage card and also backup of ur data (device data) or copy it to storage card...it will work..
I believe that Windows Mobile has some "built-in" memory leaks. But my experience with this phone is that some of the third party apps that change the appearance of the display (i.e. - SPB Mobile Shell) take up an enormous amount of memory and tends to leak severely! I suggest removing any third party apps from your phone and seeing if you still experience the issue. If so, hard reset the phone. If not, install the third party apps one at a time and let them run for a while before installing the next app to narrow down the app causing the problem.
