usually recommend that people try either DriverMax or RadarSync to look
for the driver. They're both free PC Updaters that will let you
download the driver directly if they find it. Of these two, I'd try
RadarSync first, as it's a more solid piece of software.

You may have to update or install a new device driver Most drivers I get are from a Web site driverguide.com You may have to register but this is free type in your sound card if known and select your OS download the driver and install You may have to reboot the computer once done
u can try this , please update the driver update for the same issue and update the driver for the sound device or please unistall and reinstalle the sound drivers on the system, or do systemrestore if it was working some days back .... check the
