The freezer is working fine, but the frig is not cooling properly. Any suggestions?
Check evaporator fan to see if it is blowing air over to ref. side.you also could have a defrost problem.if you notice frost forming on the back panel inside freezer then it is a defrost problem.all parts are in freezer that need to be checked.

We took the back panel out of the freezer and there it was! ICE We defrosted the freezer and found the defrost heater had actually burned out. After replacing those small units (only about $40.00)
we are up and running again! Thank you all for your help!!
You may have a defrost problem
Remove the back panel of the freezer section, or look inside the vent ports at top and bottom back of the freezer and see if you can see a buildup of frost or ice on the coil. If you can, then you probably have a defrost heater, sensor, or timer problem that needs to be corrected.
The condition will slowly worsen until the freezer will not freeze any more.
