You can try this:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locBasepartNum=hd-17950-2&lang=English+(US

That's the SoundMax driver that my Compaq 82801DB ICH-4 motherboard uses, DevID: 8086:24C5 Subsystem ID: 0E11-0088 REV-01

In theory, they are all the same - if it doesn't, and you are a brave soul, go to the directory in which it unzipped the driver, and edit the file SMAXWDM\W2K_XP\smwdmCH4.inf, search for pci\ven_8086&dev_24c5&subsys (and what not) and replace the values that match your card. (If you know how to get them... Everest Ultimate Edition would do the trick).

I have a p4 board intel d845 but i dont know the best audio driver for my board

Fadiakhtar,

Usually Intel sound cards also works with Intel sound / audio driver. Try Realtek AC 97. Or download from the internet compatible sound card after entering your sound card model. Try this web site:http://driverbyte.com/intel-d845-audio-audio-driver_freedownload/ and down load (VIA Audio Drivers Pack 3.70b ).

Post any result of your inquiry so that I can give more suggestions.

Thanks,

Jonags
