The Canon LC2060 uses a powdered toner in replaceable cartridges. It does not use ink film.

Printing is out of alignment after "deep cleaning".

Try using the Q-tip and alcohol on the print head (transparent film). Did you refill the cartridge yourself because overfilling will cause ink everywhere. If there is too much ink for the Q-tip, try a kleenex with alcohol. In order to test prints, the excessive ink must be dealt with.

The printouts produced a column of smear ink, some time with scratch at the top & bottom of the smeared column. the last part of the paper of the column leaving some hot ink dust

That sounds like the fixing film in the fuser has begun so shred itself. the film usually runs off centre and get crunched up at the end. A new film and possibly pressure roller will sort it out. Its fun to fit though!!

How to print if the ink color can't out??????

I assume that you're not getting ink from the cartridge?

Check to make sure you remembered to remove the protective film from the terminals of the ink cartridges.

There will be a plastic pull tab to help you spot the film.

Opening the cover

This model print on Thermal transfer technology: there is a black film inside the fax.
Open the cover from the rght side with the green or grey button.
You can then see the black film.
Usually, the top part is the new, the lower is th used.
To know if the film is near empty, you can remove the film from its place and see which side is bigger.
Good Luck.
