I am trying to develop sample program that collect and save all call information using JTAPI SDK. I am using sample code(CallLog.java) but it shows error ''com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiResourceUnavailableException: failure to monitor device''How can I remove this problem and save retrieved information in any file .
Well, if you are just looking for CDR stuff, You can install Delta server on your server (free on the admin CD) That will write CDR info, which can be logged to a file and opened with exel and sorted.

I have an EU whos Avaya 4610 goes straight to voicemail, I deleted and recreated the extension and I did the same with the VM. We are using an Avaya s8700 and an Avaya intuity VM. I have gone through the menu items to ensure the "send-call" and "ringer-off" buttons are not selecte. Thanks in Advance Darrin
