I am trying to develop sample program that collect and save all call information using JTAPI SDK. I am using sample code(CallLog.java) but it shows error ''com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiResourceUnavailableException: failure to monitor device''How can I remove this problem and save retrieved information in any file .

What information are you looking to get? The ipoffice has SMDR to a .csv file that can be opened with Exel.
