Try this Hit "Menu" and go select the "Lock" sub-menu. It should ask you for a password. Initially the password for the US sets are set to 0 - 0 - 0 - 0.
If that does not work try 7 - 7 - 7 - 7. Once it accepts your password see if you have any locks enabled and turn them off.
