What have you tried before. however i would recommend the following:- 1. changed the antVirus and update it. 2. change the operating system. 3. increase the memory of the laptop. 4. change the hardDrive.
If it is within warranty, pls take it to the service center along with yr cabinet. Let them fit the wires within the cpu. if u have fitted it on yr own, It seems that u have not fitted properly, the wirings.

If the warranty of the motherboard is three years and it was bought a little over two years back then the warranty still stands. You must insist on the dealer replacing the MB or repair it at least. Do not take his word and come to Fixya. We will help you but, then the warranty may become null and void. Think about it. The dealer will always want to not see you again for this motherboard. But, please remind him of three yrs warranty. If it does not work the you are welcome to ask us for solutions and we will be glad to help you.

hi sir... a PC suite is required to transfer songs and pictures to ur mobile.. But thats not needed all the time.. All u needed is a USB cable connecting ur system and mobile...Keep ur mobile in file transfer mode and then u can start to transfer songs to ur mobile...
the intel 101 and 82801 share the same sound driver between the two. when the sound system fails it always goes and takes out four more systems including the BIOS system, my suggestion is to retire the motherboards and install an AZUS motherboard and matching cpu. lala linda
