Question about Computers & Internet
If you can at least get on to the web from that computer you can go to driveragent.com and let it scan, for the drivers you need, it does cost a little but this will usually give you the drivers you need for that computer system, I've had no problems with it and I have an old Gateway 510XL - and this will list all of the drivers then you can put the one you want on a disk, and install it. I hope this will help

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
