How i can get a owner manual on a impact gun

The manual is available here: http://www.chicagopneumatic.pl/files/file/pliki_serwis/pliki_serwis_narzedzia/RP_9545.pdf . This is a global edition of the manual with only a few pages of information in each language. The important pages pages 1 and 12-13, if English is your primary language.

I hope this helps.

I have a Fuji Mini Mite paint sprayer. I was taking the parts apart and washing them. When I took the needle rod out a little plastic part that looked like a washer went down the drain. I put the all...

There is a gun breakdown diagram in your user's manual. If you don't have the manual it is available online at http://www.fujispray.com/User Manual - web.pdf
Figure out which piece you are missing and order a new one from Fuji. Fuji Spray Systems offers terrific customer service - their contact info is on their site at http://www.fujispray.com/contactus.html

Bad air flow. it doesnet seem to be spraying out of the fan correctly. In fact, i don't even get a noticable fan spray. it just sprays a round pattern no matter what i do.

Check none of the air holes int he cap are blocked. Also there is a small wheel adjuster on the left side of the gun, or perhaps even on the top which will adjust fan spray shape.

Of course you need about 30-40 PSI pressure at the gun end for it to spray properly, as well as a compressor with about 12-15cfm air flow rating to use a HVLP gun efficiently.

It has been so long since i used my spray gun i foregot what each knob is for

The knob on the left of the gun is your fan adjustment. turn it back towards you and it will shoot a stream of paint, turn it forward and it will shoot in a fan patter. The knob at the bottom by the air inlet is your air pressure adjustment. The knob on the back is to remove the needle and spring.
Cheers!

I bought they display set/floor model including this touch-up spray gun, which did not include the owners/instruction manual. A little help with knob/control functions would be most appreciated. Thanks

well there are two basic setups. one has two knobs on back side of gun and the other has two on back and a third on side. the first , the top knob will adjust your spray pattern while the bottom adjust needle in/out which controls how much material is allowed through. if there is a side knob, it controls spray pattern, while top back adjusts flow and bottom needle position

Spray painting operation advice for Binks mach 1 hvlp spray gun

Hey paul its paul. I posted on here so hopefully you will give me some feedback. That is a very nice gun. One of my favorite. I'm guessing you know how to use a HVLP gun but if not here are a few tips. Make sure it is clean. Very clean. Your gun probably came with a manual, you should read it. It will help you greatly. First off, you want to have a regulator, about 40 psi is what i start with. You need a space you can practice some painting before laying down a new coat on the corvette. Haha. So next you will have a pressure adjustment knob, you want to start with this all the way closed and with the trigger pulled, just half way so just air is coming out adjust the air until it sounds even. Next you can try to spray. If it seems like the Fan, like the width is not enough you can adjust the fan, another knob, closer to the back of the gun, you ussually want about 5-6 inches of fan, if you are spraying at the normal 6-8 inches back from the piece. Last adjustment is the fluid adjustment, you want to put on a decent amount of paint, clear or primer, and not cause runs. This is going to take some practice because everyone moves at a different speed.

So you are going to have to play with your gun and figure out which knob does what. After that these instructions should get you a bit further, with some practice you will be laying down a nice paint job in no time.

Paul.
