Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
A single file, it could be that file. It could also be related to the individual software sending the print job, bad print commands or invalid. Although rare, a bad cable or connection can be to blame.
First step is to restart the printer, clear all jobs with the Stop button, restart printer again. Then try printing from another program, such as txt editor. If ok, then print a different file from original software, if ok, then print original file.
If failure is with final print, the file is corrupted for printing, recreate file.
If failure is with original software see if there is any updates.
If failure is there directly after restart, try updating printer driver (this is not be a bad idea anyways).
If none of this works, it may well be a formatter board issue, requiring technical service.
